Pricing & Service Rates

HOURLY RATES
Standard Hourly Rate
$100 per hour
Applies to:
• Scheduled phone or video sessions
• Planned in-person visits
• Mentoring sessions for teens, parents, or adults
• School or community-based support
After-Hours Rate
$150 per hour
Applies to:
• Weekdays after 6:00 PM
• Unscheduled or urgent evening support
• Crisis or time-sensitive calls
Weekend Rate
$175 per hour
Applies to:
• Saturday & Sunday sessions
• In-person or phone/video support
• Crisis response or extended mentoring
Emergency / Same-Day Support
$200 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Applies to:
• Same-day urgent requests
• School or family crisis situations
• Immediate intervention needs
• “We need you now” availability
MONTHLY RETAINER OPTIONS
(Recommended for consistent support & priority access)
Teen Mentorship Retainer
$600 – $900 per month
Includes:
• 2–4 in-person mentoring sessions
• Weekly accountability check-ins
• Parent communication updates
• Priority scheduling
Father / Men’s Coaching Retainer
$400 – $700 per month
Includes:
• Weekly coaching session (call or in-person)
• Accountability & life-structure guidance
• Limited text support during business hours
Family Support Retainer (Parents of Teens)
$750 – $1,200 per month
Includes:
• Parent coaching sessions
• Teen check-ins (when appropriate)
• Strategy, structure & communication support
• Priority response availability
SCHOOL & ORGANIZATION CONTRACTS
Campus-Based Mentorship & Intervention
$3,000 – $6,000 per month (per campus)
Includes:
• Weekly on-campus presence
• On-call intervention support
• Coordination with school staff
• Short-term or long-term contracts available
IMPORTANT POLICIES & BOUNDARIES
• Services are mentorship & coaching, not therapy
• No medical, legal, or clinical services provided
• Mandatory reporting laws apply
• 24-hour cancellation notice required
• Travel fees may apply outside designated service areas
