We often fall victim to other people's "Highlight Reel" on social media, thinking life is super peachy for them. Then looking at our lives in disappointment because we aren't where we feel we should have been. I get it, trust me...I did the same thing. In this episode I share how I've learned to combat that a bit on the platforms I use...I hope you get a little something out of this one as well.
