Ep. 2 - Roles & Crutches

Everyone plays a role in our lives. Some are for the good and some are for the bad. But ultimately, everyone has a roll. It’s up to us what we use the lessons for. Our past can be a crutch. One we lean on or pull out conveniently when things get hard for us in life. That can be detrimental to our present as well as our future. It’s up to us to identify it and make sure we put that crutch away and acknowledge that we have the power to change our circumstance and it starts with us.
